TUITION FEES AND SCHOLARSHIP POLICIES FOR THE

 ACADEMIC YEAR 2018-2019

 I.Registration (Enrollment fee) and English language test

  1. The tuittion fee for the institutional English test that take place in CIT is 10 (ten) Euro and is irrespective.
  2. The tuition fee for deregistration based on certain criteria is 50 (fifty) Euro.
  3. The tuition fee for deregistration in the middle of the academic year for students who are eligible for a full scholarship is 500 Euros.

 II.Yearly processing fee and study fee (courses fee).

a) The payment of students enrolled in the first cycle of studies for Bachelor’s degree, for the faculty of Economy is 2,000 (two thousand) Euros for each academic year, for the Faculty of Engineering is 2,500 (two thousand and five hundred) Euros for each academic year . These fees are divided into:

 b) The payment of students enrolled in the first cycle of studies for the “Bachelor” for the Economy Faculty degree is 2000 (two thousand) Euros for each academic year. This fee is divided into:

b.1 The yearly processing fee is 300 (three hundred) Euro. The fee is irreversible and irrevocable after signing the contract. This fee includes registration fee for student admission, payment of electronic books, health insurance at school, certificate and list of grades (up to 5 documents a year), student card.

b.2 Study Fee (course Fee) is 1700 Euro, that is divided in proportionately accordinng to the courses number and course credits.

c) The payment of students enrolled in the first cycle of studies for the “Bachelor” for the Engineering Faculty degree is 2500 (two thousand and five hundred) Euros for each academic year. This fee is divided into:

c.1 The yearly processing fee is 300 (three hundred) Euro. the fee is irreversible and irrevocable after signing the contract. This fee includes registration fee for student admission, payment of electronic books, health insurance at school, certificate and list of grades (up to 5 documents a year), student card.

c.2 Study Fee (course Fee) is 2200 Euro, that is divided in proportionately accordinng to the courses number and course credits.

 d) The fee of students enrolled in the second cycle of studies for the “Master” degree is 2500 (two thousand and five hundred) Euros for each academic year.

d.1) The yearly processing fee is 300 (three hundred) Euro. Regardless of department and faculty the fee is irrevocable and irrevocable after signing the contract. This fee includes the registration fee for student admission, payment of electronic books, health insurance at school, certificate and list of grades (up to 5 documents a year), student card.

d.2) Study Fee (course Fee) is 2200 Euro, that is divided in proportionately accordinng to the courses number and course credits.

e) The second / third course attendance fee is 170 (one hundred and seventy) Euros for the bachelor’s degree at the faculty of economics and 220 (two hundred and twenty) Euros for the bachelor’s degree in the engineering faculty.

f) The second or third course attendance fee is 220 (two hundred and twenty) Euros for the master cycle for both faculties.

 

III. Discounts and Scholarships  

 Students that are registered (enrolled) for the first time, will benefit discount of study fee as below:

a) At 100% of the continuous annual fee and student fee for the average 10.00 (ten). This category pays a registration fee of 50 (fifty) euros.

b) At 100% of the annual study fee (course) for students over the average of 9.5 (nine points five). This category must pay the Yearly Processing fee of 300 (three hundred) Euros including the student’s eligible package.

c) At 75% of the annual study fee (the course) for students with an average of 9 to 9.4 (nine points four). This category has to pay the Yearly Processing fee of 300 (three hundred) Euros including the student’s eligible package.

d) At a rate of 50% of the annual study fee (the course) for students with an average of 8.5 (eight point five) to 8.9 (eight nine points). This category must pay the Yearly Processing annual fee of 300 (three hundred) Euros including the student’s eligible package.

e) At 25% of the annual study fee (the course) for students with an average of 8 (eight) to 8.4 (eight points four). This category must pay the Yearly Processing fee of 300 (three hundred) Euros including the student’s eligible package.

f) 15% of the annual study fee (the course) for students with an average of 7 (seven) to 7.9 (seven nine points). This category must pay the Yearly Processing fee of 300 (three hundred) Euros including the student’s eligible package.

 IV. Reduction of study fees for the following criteria.

a) Up to 20% of the annual study fee for students enrolling over 3 persons from the same institution, family, etc.

b) 50-100% for students from families in need (orphans, assistance schemes in need) and other similar cases that the institution considers to be such.

c) Up to 60% discount for students who are academic or administrative employees at “CIT” and 50% for students – members of their families.

V.  Discount for Immediate Payment

Students who are not beneficiaries of discounts according to points II and III, in the case of immediate payments benefit the following discount:

  1. For 1 year at a rate of 5% discount of the study tuition fee of one year.
  2. For two years 8% discount of the study tuition fee of two years together
  3. For three years 10% discount of the study tuition fee of three years together

VI. Procedures

  1. The Registrar collects student’s requirements for full scholarships or discounts according to the categories set out in chapter no. II. The application report together with accompanying documentation passes the Scholarship Committee for review.
  2. The Scholarship Committee after taking into consideration the requirements submits to the Administrator the proposal for the granting of full scholarships and deductions of study fees.
  3. After receiving the proposal from the scholarship committee, the administrator shall approve the decision. Upon approval, the decision passes to the finance office for action and the student registration recorder.
  4. According to the needs of the institution, the beneficiary students will perform voluntary work of scientific, administrative, social and academic character.
  5. Payment of the registration fee is a condition to benefit from the deduction of study fees.
  6. A student who benefits from a discount is not a beneficiary of other categories.
  7. The study scholarship or the awarded allowance shall not relieve the student from other fees for various services, according to the level set out in the documents as manuals, instructions, catalogs, etc., which are published for the students.
